高鐵漲價涉濫用市場獨占？公平會要查 年底前提報告

高鐵昨(8)日正式漲價！經濟委員會多位立委要求公平會應該要介入調查，公平會主委吳秀明表示，其實在正式漲價前就已經注意高鐵有濫用獨占市場之嫌，最慢會在三個月內提出報告。

黃昭順、林佳龍等立委今(9)日針對高鐵票價調漲提出公平會應該要立案調查，吳秀明表示，在今(9)日會期之前就已經開始調查。

高鐵通車以來，在台灣西部逐漸瓜分長程交通市場，包括台鐵、國內航空、長程客運等運輸工具都受到很大的影響，副主委孫立群表示，高鐵漲價是依據交通法，法源依據是沒有問題的，但因為高鐵通車兩年以來，連續兩年獲利，已逐步取代其他長程運輸，有市場獨佔的態勢，必須進一步查證是否有替代性，最慢會在三個月內提出市場結構報告。

此外，孫立群表示提出市場報告後，會依據公平法第5條、第10條進一步查證高鐵的長短途、價格彈性進一步是否有濫用獨占力的嫌疑。
