文旦柚搞創意　一年四季都可吃

【李光濱／花蓮報導】花蓮縣政府結合台灣觀光學院及民間業者，今天在政府禮堂舉行文旦柚加工產品發表會，學生們發揮巧思將文旦柚與火龍果結合，研發出特調果汁；有業者將文旦柚皮曬乾後，製成可以保養喉嚨的柚皮茶；還有人將文旦柚融入甜點中，製成鳳柚酥、柚香餅乾等產品，讓人看了食指大動。

花蓮縣長傅崐萁表示，花蓮縣是文旦柚重要產地之一，品質不輸台南麻豆文旦，有了這些加工產品，除增加農友收入，還讓消費者一年四季都可吃到文旦柚食品。
