白宮：中止對埃軍援的報導不實

美國白宮8日表示，有關美國將停止對埃及所有軍事援助的報導是錯誤的。

自從7月初埃及軍方罷黜民選總統穆希(Mohammed Mursi)以來，華府一直在檢討對埃及軍方的援助。

白宮國家安全會議發言人海登(Caitlin Hayden)說，有關美國將停止對埃及所有軍事援助的報導都是不實的。

她表示，美國將在近日內宣布與埃及援助關係的前景，但歐巴馬總統日前已經在聯合國大會表明，華府與開羅的援助關係將會持續下去。

1名美國官員稍早表示，除了推展反恐行動、提升西奈半島安全以及其他美國優先事項的援助之外，歐巴馬政府傾向於扣住對埃及的大多數軍事援助。
