國道計程 3天內繳費一律9折

（中央社記者汪淑芬台北2013年10月7日電）交通部長葉匡時今天在立法院承諾，國道計程收費後，無論有無裝eTag，只要3天內繳費，通行費一律可享9折優惠。

國道計程收費預定年底前上路，原本規劃有裝國道電子收費車上設備eTag者，通行費和現在一樣繼續打9折；未裝eTag、但上路前事先提出申請者並預繳通行費，打95折；未裝eTag、也未申請者不打折。

立法院交通委員會今天審查交通部預算解凍案。民主進步黨立法委員葉宜津質詢時指出，許多鄉下人很少上國道未裝eTag，卻無法享受同樣補貼，不公平；她要求只要準時繳費，通行費打折應一視同仁。

葉匡時認同葉宜津的看法，並承諾，將朝國道實施計程收費後，只要3天內完成繳費，通行費一律可打9折方向努力。
