夏普折價售股　籌資金額上看414億

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】夏普（SHARP）在日本股市收盤後公布售股籌資計劃，將以每股279日圓的價格發行新股，除公開售股外，同時還向牧田（makita）、DENSO、與LIXIL配售股票，預計籌資金額上看1365億日圓（414億元台幣），較原先預定規模短少約300億日圓（91億元台幣）。

夏普在9月18日提出增資計劃時，原本預定每股價格為348日圓，預定籌資1663億日圓（504億元台幣），但投資人憂心股權遭稀釋，加上夏普營運前景不明，增資計劃發表至今，夏普股價已慘跌逾2成。新股發行價，仍較今天收盤價291日圓折價4.12%。
