得標土地不點交　放炮點火洩憤

【孫英哲／彰化報導】彰化市一名５３歲的李姓男子，去年３月間透過彰化地院拍賣，取得花壇鄉一塊土地後，因該土地上尚有黃姓男子所有的建物，且該建物未在拍賣範圍內，因此李男雖標得土地，卻無法點交。
 
李男為使用土地，雖與黃男簽定分割買賣協議，但因雙方意見不同，無法達成共識，因此李男一直無法使用該土地，遂對黃男心生不滿。
 
今年６月間，李男駕車到黃男住處附近不斷繞圈並緊急煞車，發出聲響，隨後還對著黃宅放沖天炮；７月間，李男又跑在黃男住家前點火，並在黃宅大門上以黑筆書寫「還我家園、國仇家恨、殺無赦」等字，因此挨告。
 
全案已偵結，李男被依恐嚇危害安全罪嫌提起公訴。
