健康捐上路　海關2度查獲2千萬走私香菸

【陳偉周／基隆報導】健康捐上路，私梟遍地開花！基隆海關接獲情資，將有一箱以申報載運建築材料的40呎貨櫃入港，海關人員於昨天下午3時許將貨櫃攔下，檢查後發現貨櫃內竟夾藏私菸。今天早上10時許，基隆關人員開櫃清點後，發現貨櫃內有近1000箱「都寶」、「楓」香菸，市價2000萬，準備流到市面上販售，遭海關攔下。
 
財政部官務署基隆關表示，上周日才查緝到1批價值5千萬的私梟走私菸，昨天又查獲從上海走私來台的香煙，因健康捐調漲，走私狀況日趨嚴重，海關目前正全力調查上游走私集團。
