農民陳情 台肥肥料偷工減料摻碎石

彰化縣溪州鄉農民陳情台肥的特五肥料摻碎石粒，以往一分地一次下一包肥料就夠，現在下二包還不夠，認為台肥偷工減料。立委魏明谷、縣議員李俊諭表示，農民是要買肥料施肥，不是要買石頭填地，要求台肥賠償農民並改善。台肥表示，肥料內的氮磷鉀絕對符合比例，但肥料是用磷礦砂做的難免會有砂粒等填充物。
