快樂志工有撇步　服務時數未來可回饋

新竹市快樂志工馬美華，長期為地方法院、戶政所服務，不但學到許多相關知識，還可以累積志工服務時數，要當專業志工要經過上課認證，服務時數累積足夠還可以領取志工卡。

新竹市黨部陳順泰組長曾負責志工認證申請，目前全台只有新竹市與桃園縣，完成志工服務績效認證作業規定，陳順泰表示，經過課程訓練的志工會獲得認證，當志工在單位服務，如果該單位有申請運用單位認證，志工服務的時數就會被記錄，三年內服務滿300小時，就可以獲得志工榮譽卡。

有15年服務年資的馬美華，在各單位服務都有所增廣見聞。她說，自家住在眷村，許多鄰居有相關問題都會直接問她，先生退休後也隨著加入志工，不過先生服務單位沒有申請單位認證，所以不會記錄志工服務時數，不過先生不在意，只要能幫助民眾他就很開心了。

志工經過課程訓練，然後在有單位認證的地方服務，志工的服務時數就會有記錄，當未來需要志工為自己服務時，就可以用當初服務過的時數申請。陳順泰說，這是一個回饋的概念，但是因為申請單位認證的手續十分繁複，所以目前有申請的單位還是很稀少。
