6成民眾認為　政府應推廣社會住宅

【劉曉霞／台北報導】中信房屋今日發布最新一季宅指數調查結果顯示，不到3成的民眾認為政府用奢侈稅能有效抑制房價，有63.5%的買方認為，政府打壓房價有限，應推廣社會住宅，對抑制房價政策才有用。

針對奢侈稅修法，中信房屋調查也顯示，有32.9%的民眾認為奢侈稅應訂兩年落日，並接軌實價課資本利得稅，不應賺賠都課，有獲利再課比較合理。
