民進黨提國會改革四大主張

民進黨立委上午提出國會改革四大主張，並反指國民黨提出的國會改革四主張是名為國會改革，實為滅王計畫，是國民黨政爭的工具及延伸，他們呼籲國民黨若要真改革，要讓國會有尊嚴、國會自主，就先去勸行政院長江宜樺向日前失言風波道歉，否則，國民黨的國會改革是「假改革、真鬥爭」。

民進黨立委鄭麗君、陳其邁和台聯立委黃文玲上午舉行記者會，公布國會改革日大主張，分別為：

一、國會議長中立化：要求國會議長及副議長不得擔任黨職且不得參與政黨活動。

二、調查聽證法制化：依據大法官釋字第585號解釋文精神，將調閱修正為調查，公聽會修改為聽證會。

三、議事運作透明化：放寬院會及委員會旁聽制度，成立專屬國會頻道轉播所有議事。

四、議案審議優質化：明訂連署成案的法案應於一定時間內付委，杜絕程序委員會杯葛，且以二讀會公開討論減少密集朝野協商。
