藍委訴求要開會　江宜樺不再當低頭族

【李英婷／台北報導】立法院今舉行本會期第二次院會，9點一開始先進行國是論壇，在野黨立委輪番上陣堅持行政院長江宜樺「沒有道歉，沒有上台」、綠委陳歐珀痛批「中華民國史上最低民調的行政院長」，江宜樺都只是低頭研讀書面資料，不時拿筆在報告上作筆記、畫重點。

不過，當國民黨立委呂學樟拿著「我要開會」的標語看板上台說話時，江宜樺終於抬頭看了一下狀況；甚至當藍委蘇清泉報告新流感來勢洶洶、藍委陳鎮湘要求國會理性督促政府施政，江揆也數度抬頭聆聽。

立法院長王金平則顯得神色自若，淡定主持議事，大多時間將雙手交叉放在桌上，雙眼直視前方，偶爾與立法院秘書長林錫山交換意見。截至目前為止，江宜樺與王金平之間仍沒互動。
