協商破局 王金平下午邀請江揆上台

立法院今天上午再度舉行院會，行政院長江宜樺一樣枯等，立法院長王金平和朝野黨鞭在議場後方協商，王金平上台主持議事前，還要朝野黨鞭先先談談、緩和氣氛，無奈朝野互動不佳，黨鞭分坐兩旁沒有交集。

在野黨團堅持江宜樺一定要道歉才准上台，行政院副院長毛治國和秘書長陳威仁進到協商議場，都無法說服在野黨立委，今天朝野協商冷冰冰，宣告破局。

王金平會後表示，今天下午不再協商，他會依程序邀請江宜樺上台進行報告，之後在野黨要如何回應，王金平不多評論。
