弟弟、對不起！沒安全帽　弟摔死兄自責

新竹一名17歲田姓少年，因為弟弟肚子餓，晚上騎著機車載弟弟去夜市吃消夜，卻意外發生車禍，沒戴安全帽的8歲弟弟，摔飛20多公尺遠，頭部重創，送醫不治，田姓少年家境清苦，父親中風，全家只靠孩子打零工，連吃飯都有問題，因此只買得起一頂安全帽，車禍造成弟弟意外死亡，讓田姓少年相當自責。

急診室一片凌亂，地上也滿是血跡，14日晚間，17歲田姓少年無照騎車出家門沒多久，一台銀色轎車在雙黃線違規迴轉，讓他閃避不及，擦撞車頭摔車。

田姓少年：「騎去夜市吃東西，帶弟弟去吃東西。」記者：「因為肚子餓。」田姓少年：「恩。」

田姓少年右手骨折，但沒戴安全帽的弟弟，當時摔飛20公尺，頭部重擊地面，送醫不治，車禍發生之後，闖禍的田姓少年，跪在急診室弟弟遺體前哭喊自己對不起弟弟，令在場醫護人員都為之鼻酸。

田姓少年父親：「(田姓少年)他很孝順，所有兒子只有他比較孝順，也很聽話。」

田姓少年其實家境很清苦，原本有10名兄弟姐妹，4名兄弟送人，兩姊妹嫁人，只剩下4名兄弟，照顧中風在家的父親，平常只靠二哥和17歲的田姓少年，打零工補助，勉強糊口，家裡窮困，只有買一頂安全帽，弟弟傷勢才會這麼嚴重，現在緊接著要處理弟弟的喪事，對原本就財務吃緊的一家人，無疑是雪上加霜。
