Photoshop 儲存錯誤問題

我在Photoshop修圖完後需要用「儲存為網頁與裝置用」來儲存我的圖
但每次沒有都出現「無法寫入檔案。沒有足夠的可用暫存記憶體。」
去爬文後用了爬文的方法
像是在編輯→偏好設定→效能那邊新增幾個暫存硬碟
也都還是沒用
還是會跑這個問題出來
請問這到底是什麼原因呢??@@
