真的, 真的很需要各位法律高手的幫忙....

問題:
(1) 爺爺目前人在加護病房, 戶頭內的存款, 被姑姑全部提領一空(在爺爺住院前), 請問有無方法可追討回來???
(2) 姑姑一方面跟爺爺說是要借, 卻連一毛錢的借據都沒寫, 另一方面卻跟我們說是爺爺自己要給她的, 若我們想要對姑姑提告, 是否依法有據???
(3) 爺爺住院前, 被姑姑偷偷的送到安養中心, 現在住院, 姑姑到院探望的次數少之又少, 還跟我們計較, 她買了一次尿布...我們平常日要上班, 所以, 都是每天晚上去. 假日, 就早上和晚上都各去一次, 若我們都不再到醫院看爺爺, 爺爺真的很可憐.. 沒人買尿布, 沒人看他.. 就這樣被丟著... 請問各位法律高手..是否有方法可以治治這樣可惡的人... 幫幫我們, 也幫幫一個可憐的老人家....
