年吃300萬隻大閘蟹　本土價格比中國貴3成

【林媛玲／新北報導】又到秋天吃蟹季！近年本土大閘蟹廣受饕客青睞，新北大閘蟹業者更將於後天開賣搶市，台灣大閘蟹養殖協會昨表示，去年中國大閘蟹重新進口，激烈競爭下國內業者倒閉3成，預估今年大閘蟹產量較去年短少2成，僅70、80公噸，但價格未上揚，因貿易商爭相進口中國大閘蟹，數量將多達450公噸，「換算下來今年將有逾300萬隻大閘蟹被民眾吃下肚！」

台灣大閘蟹養殖協會發言人康品翔說：「大閘蟹須待冷鋒過後，蟹膏與蟹黃飽滿才好吃，每年中秋過後才是最佳品嘗時機，台灣產季可延續到年底！」預估國內今年僅能收成70、80公噸大閘蟹，比中國進口量短少，平均價格也將比中國大閘蟹貴3成，但價格仍與去年相同未上漲。
