台中新社拍賣頂級網紋洋香瓜　以5萬2,000元脫標

　　台灣農業管理有道，位於台中新社地區，更在地利及農民不斷的精進之下，台中新社拍賣頂級網紋洋香瓜以5萬2,000元脫標。而得標者揚昇農村再生培根團隊，為了表達對市長與市府農業局在推動農村再生的支持，最終將香瓜再贈回給市長。

　　芮負責人表示，以5萬2,000元這個金額購買，是源自聖經中五餅二魚的故事，目的是為了強調「分享」的理念。而標下這顆香瓜，主因是感謝黃河果園園主陳水良對農村再生的支持，並不辭辛勞的南北奔波，願意將自身的技術與其他農民分享，並將新的觀念帶進其他農村，給許多農村帶來希望。

　　此外，他也強調，農村再生不能只做表面功夫，基層的努力終究需要政府的支持。而胡市長不僅非常支持農村再生，台中市府農業局也非常努力的推動，所以可以從陳園主手上買下香瓜，再贈回給市長非常有意義。

　　胡市長表示，來新社拍賣香瓜不僅是因為陳園主的邀請，更是對臺灣人成就的支持，而拍賣商品可以創高價，不是因為賣者的喊價功夫，而是商品本身品質就十分優良。拍賣會現場除拍賣香瓜活動外，還有備有現採的網紋洋香瓜與冰淇淋，供到場民眾品嘗，熱鬧非凡。（圖／台中市政府提供）
