針對特別偵查指出立法院長王金平、法務部長曾勇夫與臺灣高等法院檢察署檢察長等人可能涉及司法關說，總統府發言人李佳霏表示，馬英九總統對此事深感震驚與痛心，總統認為司法是社會對政府信任的基礎，也是社會正義的最後一道防線，絕不容許政治介入司法個案關說，希望相關機關徹查到底、釐清案情。
