【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆市1名22歲高姓保全員，誤交損友染上毒癮，需執行1個月勒戒處分，高男不想被關，就帶著女友四處藏匿，昨天基隆市刑大偵二隊員，在安樂路一段發現高男機車，便在現場守了一整晚，但高男並未現身。

今日上午基隆市刑大偵二隊長楊志明上班時，特地繞道前往查看，剛好看到高男下樓要騎車去買早點，立即上前將高男上銬帶回警局。警方將高男移送地檢署歸案時，高男還特別叮嚀18 歲女友，不要亂來，等他出來！
