摘要：少子化加上國內大學過多，讓很多學校招不到學生，連薪水都發不出來。積欠教師好幾個月薪水的永達技術學院，今天上午一群師生代表到台北召開記者會，指控學校長期積欠教師薪水，另外有惡性逼退老師的情形，學校董事會近年來無心經營學校，教育部明知這情形卻不聞不問，放任教師、學生權益受損。
