潘基文：不獲安理會授權動武屬非法

聯合國秘書長潘基文說，假如敘利亞化武襲擊事件獲得證實，無論是誰發動，將是嚴重違反國際法的戰爭罪行，聯合國調查團採集的所有樣本將於星期三前送到歐洲的實驗室。

對於美國考慮採取軍事行動懲罰巴夏爾政權，潘基文在記者會重申，只有符合聯合國憲章的行動或獲得安理會授權，軍事行動才是合法。潘基文也警告，一旦動武，將在敘利亞引發更大混亂和流血。
