大陸官方公布8月製造業採購經理指數（PMI），為連續第2個月走揚，並且是近16個月來最高值，顯示大陸製造業增長動能增強，經濟穩步回升的趨勢更為明確，宏利精選中華基金經理人游清翔表示，在今年剩下的時間裡，大陸股市料將呈現緩步上升的格局。
游清翔說，PMI被視為經濟的先行指標，PMI高於50反映經濟正在擴張，低於50則顯示經濟在衰退，大陸製造業PMI至今已連續11個月高於50；大陸8月製造業採購經理指數(PMI)較7月上升0.7個百分點至51，創2012年5月以來高點，優於市場預期的50.7。
8月構成PMI的5個分項指數均高於7月，其中新訂單指數較7月上升1.8個百分點至52.4，連續2個月回升，生產指數上升0.2個百分點至52.6，原材料購進價格指數由7月的50.1快速升至8月的53.2，新出口訂單指數上升1.2個百分點至50.2%。
游清翔表示，指數回升除了歐美日等主要經濟體經濟持續改善外，最重要的為大陸近期持續推出微刺激政策，加速交通建設審批，並對市場挹注資金以降低流動性風險，穩增長的決心帶動企業信心回升而出現補庫存的力道，由於庫存水位仍然偏低，推估在信心回升後補庫存力道將持續。
亞洲市場繼5-6月全球修正後，8月份再現明顯下跌，此波下跌主因市場炒熱貨幣寬鬆政策(QE3)退場幅度可能擴大，加以區域衝突風險上升，造成新興市場風險性資產投資快速流出，股債匯市同時下跌。所幸，在亞洲一片慘綠之外，大陸雄厚的外匯存底及近期經濟數據成長腳步加速，對股匯市形成強力支撐。 (接下一頁)
