法新社報導，美國國務卿柯瑞30日在華府發表聲明說，美國已掌握「數以千計的」消息來源，證明上周發生在敘利亞的化武攻擊事件，「非常不可能」是敘國反抗軍所為；美方有「高度的信心」，相信那是敘國總統阿塞德政權所為。

柯瑞還說，美國在敘利亞化武危機上，「不會重蹈伊拉克的覆轍」。
