大甲警分局新舊分局30日交接　與會各界踴躍

大甲分局新舊任分局長，於30日上午在分局禮堂，由警察局長刁建生主持交接典禮，邀請轄區民意代表、行政首長、協勤民力幹部到場觀禮，一起見證這場盛會。

卸任分局長黃勢清為中央警察大學48期畢業，去年12月18日奉派本分局服務8個多月來，在治安、交通方面有卓越的表現，破案率高、刑案發生銳減，督促員警敦親睦鄰。尤其一向最亂的第二菜市場新政等路，執行得井然有序，車輛通行順暢，獲得地方上好評，刻榮調烏日分局。

新任分局長林中村為中央警察大學43期畢業，歷任督察長、主任秘書、督察、公關室主任、大隊長等職務，學經歷相當完整又輝煌。由保安警察大隊大隊長榮調大甲警分局服務，地方各界咸信對轄區的治安將有所做為、交通亦注入新的活力。
