【吳國仲／台北報導】潭美颱風走後的首個星期五，信義計畫區又見型男型女、打扮入時的年輕人出沒。凌晨4時許夜店散場，許多人不勝酒力，或坐或躺在華納威秀徒步區附近，一名女子喝到不省人事，由友人抱上計程車離開。
