潭美颱風／〈快訊〉潭美颱風變快又變大　維持輕颱上限

大台北、基隆、宜蘭、花蓮、台中、南投為陸上警報範圍，雖然目前風雨趨緩，但21日下半天強雨帶將壟罩大台北地區。

潭美颱風目前距離台灣東南東方500公里左右，21日中午接近台灣，可能以準西北颱的方式穿越北部海面，21日晚間11~12點適逢大潮，低窪地區嚴防海水倒灌。

21日白天，北台灣風雨逐漸增大，中午到傍晚可能會出現10級狂風；21日下午至22日中午，全台灣都有風雨；22日下午至23日，中南部可能會掃到颱風尾，必須警戒。
