奇力光電停工 遭移送司法調查

奇力光電無預警停工，近700名員工頓失生計，台南市政府今天將全案移送南檢調查，且委請律師控告奇力光電涉嫌侵占。

位於台南市樹谷園區的奇力光電，7月無預警停工，在勞資協調過程中，奇力光電的董事長、總經理及董監事全數請辭。

台南市勞工局長王鑫基表示，已將全案移送台南地檢署調查，勞工局也請律師控告奇力光電涉嫌侵占，控告對象包括董事長、總經理及全體董監事。

他說，勞工局著手媒介奇力光電員工就業，也請勞委會依法限制奇力光電相關人等出境。

王鑫基表示，奇美實業及群創光電是奇力光電的大股東，他希望這些「母企業」也能出面協助處理。
