馬總統11日出訪 計停6國7城市

馬英九總統率團出訪中南美洲友邦的「賀誼專案」將於11日下午啟程，沿途將依序造訪海地、巴拉圭、聖露西亞、聖文森、聖克里斯多福，前後過境美國紐約及洛杉磯，總計停留6國、7個城市，訪問團將於22日下午返抵國門。

馬總統在海地僅短暫停留6小時，除將與海地總統會談、召開兩國元首聯合新聞說明會外，也將參加海地最高法院大樓重建工程的動土典禮。

在巴拉圭期間，馬總統主要行程為參加8月15日舉行的巴拉圭新總統卡提斯(Horacio Cartes)就職典禮，並宴請當地僑界代表、接受巴國媒體聯合專訪。

結束巴拉圭的行程後，馬總統將轉往友邦「三聖」參訪，除會晤各國總督或總理，並簽署聯合公報外，也將視察當地技術團農場、參觀古蹟及國家公園。馬總統參訪聖克里斯多福期間，也會與克國國家青少年短跑選手慢跑。

馬總統出訪期間，前後分別過境美國紐約及洛杉磯，各停留2夜，雖非正式參訪行程，但由於這是馬總統任內首次過境紐約，頗具歷史性意義。
