穆斯林齋戒月　中央廚房供餐大挑戰

全球穆斯林進入一年當中最盛大的節日，齋戒月，日落之後才能進食這一餐可就特別重要。大廚vs.CNN記者：「我們有500人全天工作，一天內要把1萬隻雞切成兩半，處理3千公斤的新鮮羊肉，哇，要煮多少米？大約4到5公噸。」

大家的手沒有停過，中央廚房忙到不可開交，洗菜切肉煮飯，在阿拉伯聯合大公國的這個中央廚房，每天要提供足夠2萬人吃的晚餐，各種食材處理的份量非常驚人。

CNN記者：「這裡的工作肯定最艱苦。」大廚：「是的，要處理上千公斤的洋蔥，我能感到眼淚都快流出來了。」

廚房瀰漫濃濃的洋蔥味，光是在旁邊看就嗆到受不了，但分秒必爭的工作每個環節都不能延誤，大鍋煮好的蔬菜燉肉，趕緊分裝到盒子裡再進行最後一次加熱，熱呼呼的餐盒才能送到清真寺，太陽下山，穆斯林開心享受美食，長達一個月的宗教盛事，中央廚房的每一天都是大挑戰。
