軍檢無法接受陳毅勳交保　最快明早抗告

陸軍542旅義務役下士洪仲丘遭虐死案，其中被依凌虐部屬致死起訴的陳毅勳，於1日晚間獲法官裁定15萬元交保，然而軍檢對此判決相當不滿，表示今晚將好好整理資料，於2日提出抗告。

高等軍事法院1日晚間表示，陳毅勳沒有滅證及逃亡疑慮，完成偵訊後即恢復軍職返回軍隊部，也無逃亡之虞，所以裁決交保候傳，但諭令必須每天上午10時30分至戶籍所轄派出所報到。但軍高檢一反常態的立刻提出異議，軍高檢發言人簡銘儀表示，將連夜儘速準備資料，最快明早就可提出抗告。
