天熱操練等4因素 軍檢：洪中暑致死

【王家俊／台北報導】陸軍義務役下士洪仲丘死亡案至今28天，軍檢專案小組、最高軍事法院檢察署檢察長曹金生上午召開記者會說明偵結報告，全案起訴被告沈威志等十八人。對於洪仲丘死因，軍檢研判包括悔過期間天氣酷熱的氣溫因素、禁閉室狹小的環境因素、體格及身心反應的生理因素以及操練密度強度的物理因素。曹金生說，洪仲丘BMI達33屬高風險人員，為有安全顧慮、不宜接受體能鑑測人員，管理人員未考量體能及身體狀況，洪員終至因熱性傷害導致中暑及多重器官衰竭宣告不治。
