洪仲丘案 馬英九盼進行通案改革

針對陸軍下士洪仲丘疑遭不當管教致死案，國民黨主席馬英九30日在中山會報中表示，在個案部分，軍檢跟司法單位已經盡力在辦；另一方面，他希望面對危機，國防部能夠透過通案性的改革，讓類似事件不再重演。

馬英九表示，在通案部分，要檢討軍中包括禁閉、申訴等制度，還有軍事審判法、陸海空軍刑法等。他指出，立法院已有修法的聲音，軍方對此態度也保持開放。同時，行政院日前已經成立專案小組，針對軍中相關制度改革進行行政指導。

馬英九認為，包括法務部、司法院，都應該納入溝通；另外，對於國防部日前提出的檢討報告，馬英九也希望能儘快落實。
