是否罩杯伸級.~內衣變小?

恩.....本人正處於發預期~剛開始買的內衣調到最小穿起來都不會不舒服或有勒痕

但最近不知道是怎樣要把外擴胸部擠來前面但每次擠奶頭都會跑出來內衣外面.而且當脫下內衣時都有勒痕

現在內衣如果調到最小會超不舒服所以現在都調到最大

我胸部為甚麼無法集中要穿怎樣的內衣才能集中呀??我現在內衣罩杯是半罩型的我覺得太低因為奶頭都會跑出來

.拜託拜託不要叫我量胸圍~只要針對我所提出的問題~因為真的不會量胸圍
