議員批北市3968戶公宅僅有10.3%承租戶為弱勢族群 「過低」

【許麗珍／台北報導】北市議員王鴻薇今表示，北市3968戶公宅中，僅有10.3%的承租戶為弱勢族群，遠低於市府公告配租的出租國宅皆保留40%予弱勢族群承租的標準，弱勢族群在北市租屋好難！她並表示，公營住宅配合助妳好孕及年輕化政策，以中低收入青年族群為優先扶助對象，並未特別規定保留一定比例給弱勢族群承租，她要求北市府應在未來的公營住宅中提供一定比例給弱勢族群承租，讓弱勢族群在北市有個「家」。
