血染觀音坑溪　染整廠作怪

【林媛玲／新北報導】新北市五股觀音坑溪今早突然一片血紅，新北市環保派出所前往追查可能污染源，經污染水路研判已鎖定巷內的一家染整工廠涉有重嫌，由於業者利用及夜色偷排廢水，稽查員到場時未見排放，現已對染整廠列管並進行監控，如查獲違法行為將依法告發。
 
新北市環保局說，如發現有不法業者任意排放廢水情事，將依違反《水污染防治法》規定處分6萬元以上60萬元以下罰鍰，並通知限期改善，屆期仍未改善可按日處罰，情節重大者得命其停工或停業。
