吳敦義：服貿有利業者到中國努力　但花美有刺

【陳如嬌／台北報導】副總統吳敦義今天出席兩岸服務貿易協議光產業說明會時指出，就像商人做作生意，互相「換帖」生意就比較好做，台灣不能鎖國，東協十國已在換帖，簽訂兩岸服務貿易協議也像是換帖。服貿是有利於業者到中國大陸去努力，但也要注意花美有刺，我們要看花的艷麗，那是機會，但也要看到花刺，那是風險。服貿對各行業帶來的衝擊，政府已分10年，編列952億元預算進行輔導。
