根據大陸財政部網站10日訊息，近日中央財政撥付2013年農業綜合開發水土保持項目資金2億3,564萬元(人民幣,下同)，項目建設範圍涉及山西、重慶、寧夏等7個省(自治區、直轄市)。截至目前，大陸中央財政已累計撥付2013年農業綜合開發水土保持項目資金6億1,564萬元，佔全年水土保持項目中央財政補助資金的100%。

大陸近日多地遭受豪雨侵襲，四川受災頗為嚴重，江油、德陽兩地大橋垮塌，蘆山地震災區和北川地震遺址等均遭洪水襲擊，甘肅、陝西、山西等地也受暴雨影響引發地質災害。據中央氣象台訊息，今(10)天白天，北方地區的雨勢有所減弱，但四川盆地西部大部地區有大到豪雨，局部地區有大豪雨。

大陸中央氣象台今晨發佈暴雨藍色預警，預計10日08時至11日08時，四川盆地西部、甘肅東南部、陝西西南部、山西中南部、河南西北部、河北西南部、山東北部、西藏東南部、雲南西部和南部以及廣西南部、海南南部等地的部分地區有大雨或豪雨，其中，四川盆地西部的局部地區有大豪雨(100-130毫米)。
