台貪污指數報告 馬英九：無法接受要求交代

【晏明強】針對國際透明組織公布「2013全球貪腐趨勢指數」民調報告，指台灣有36%民眾曾有行賄公部門的經驗。總統府發言人李佳霏晚間表示，這種「每3位洽公民眾就有1人行賄」的說法，不僅與該組織過去的調查、我國民眾實際觀感及近期國內民調的結果，落差非常大，更誤導國際視聽，傷害我國國際形象，我政府與人民都無法接受。」

李佳霏轉述表示，馬英九總統希望行政院與法務部能儘速與國際透明組織聯繫，要求該組織針對外界質疑本案承辦民調機構位於上海的真實性與調查方法的正確性，做出合情合理的交代，還給台灣一個公平客觀的評價。
