請問後仰跳投要如何跳？如何投？
為甚麼明明沒往後跳很多，手出再大的力也扔然感覺像輕輕往上拋一樣？
是要向後跳就好？還是要整個往後仰？
看其它知識說要運用跳起逆時針的旋轉力，但如果是右腳在前要怎麼辦？
請告訴我證確動作就好，關於增加體力等等的加強我自己會在訓練
