北市抽驗豆製品 8件不合格

（中央社記者戴雅真台北8日電）台北市衛生局今天公布市售豆製品第二波抽驗結果，抽驗34件計8件不符規定，已經追蹤來源並將開罰。

衛生局表示，市售豆製品專案抽驗計畫，抽驗地點包括傳統市場、市場周邊攤販、超市、賣場、餐飲店等，項目包括防腐劑、過氧化氫及色素。

衛生局表示，這波抽驗不合格的8件產品中，包括4件豆干、3件豆腐與1件豆干絲，抽驗11件豆漿產品則是全數合格。

衛生局指出，抽驗10件豆干產品有4件不合格，不合格率40%，分別是1件苯甲酸超量、1件檢出過氧化氫殘留、2件苯甲酸超量且殘留過氧化氫。

另外，抽驗8件豆腐，有3件違規添加苯甲酸；5件豆干絲當中，1件檢出過氧化氫殘留。

衛生局表示，追蹤不合格產品來源，7件來源是台北市，1件是新北市，已經移請新北市衛生局處辦。若調查違規屬實，將開罰新台幣3萬至300萬元罰鍰。

衛生局也提醒，由於多數防腐劑及過氧化氫溶於水，消費者若是有食品安全疑慮，可以先將豆製品浸泡40分鐘，沖洗後再煮食。1020708
