健保轉公所

我戶口本來在媽媽那邊(台中大甲)
但我本人住宜蘭
滿20歲之後我把戶口遷回宜蘭
但是健保還是媽媽在繳錢的
我想問我已經滿20了
可以自行去我家附近的公所加保嗎?
媽媽那邊也是用公所幫我保的

意思就是想從台中那邊把健保轉過來
變成我自己繳費
這樣可以嗎?
