敘軍攻荷姆斯 潘基文為民眾憂心

對於敘利亞政府軍對中部城市荷姆斯(Homs)展開進擊，聯合國秘書長潘基文(Ban Ki-moon)今天(2日)對受在當地的2,500名市民，表示憂心。

聯合國副發言人戴布耶(Eduardo del Buey)在對荷姆斯的戰鬥表關切之際，也再度呼籲各界，停止對敘利亞交戰雙方補充武力。

潘基文呼籲交戰雙方盡最大努力，避免造成平民傷亡，並且同意讓人道援助可以立即運抵受困民眾手中，同時讓受困民眾有離開的機會，免於遭到迫害。
