問：奢侈稅是否檢討？

答：奢侈稅推出的時候，不是為了財政目標，而是社會目標，要抑制房地產炒作，原本預估一年可以收100億元的稅，兩年多實際上只收了80幾億元。

政府希望不要讓一般人買不起房子，推出好幾種措施，除了奢侈稅，還有不動產實價登錄制度，現在已累積了20幾萬筆，讓房地產交易透明度大幅增加。

上周末我到宜蘭烏石港，當地過去1坪二、三萬元，現在漲到20萬元，顯示經濟情況不是那麼不堪，先前有些地區房地產價格偏低，現在慢慢恢復正常，這證明奢侈稅並沒有影響房市，有抑制炒房地產作用。
