漁船調查報告 外交部：絕無受制於菲國

「廣大興28號」漁船事件調查報告遲未公布，引發討論，外交部發言人高安今天(2日)表示，雙方一直透過外交管道磋商談判，相關程序已進入最後階段，待時機成熟就會公布。她並強調，報告內容與公布時程絕對沒有受制於菲律賓。

「廣大興28號」漁船事件發生至今將滿2個月，但案件調查報告遲遲未能公布。外交部發言人高安2日反駁我方受制於菲律賓的說法，強調雙方仍在持續磋商與談判，一有結果就會對外說明。

高安說：『(原音)我們絕對不是受制於菲律賓，現在是在相關程序的最後階段，所以在時機成熟時，當然會跟外界詳細說明。』

此外，蘋果日報報導，友邦吐瓦魯(Tuvalu)邀請台灣藝術家黃瑞芳參加威尼斯雙年展，向外交部申請補助卻遭到拒絕，直到媒體詢問才改口可以補助。高安對此回應指出，此事源起於吐瓦魯駐台大使4月向外交部申請參展經費，經評估後同意補助，與「媒體詢問」無關；但由於提出申請者是吐瓦魯駐台使館，黃瑞芳若有需要，可向吐國請款。
