傳梅鐸要買金融時報 培生否認

（法新社香港28日電） 報導說，媒體大亨梅鐸和阿布達比國營媒體集團正在商議，以約12億美元收購金融時報集團一事。英國出版商培生今天否認。

馬來西亞區域性政經數位雜誌「The Edge Review」報導，雙方已經和金融時報集團（Financial Times Group）老闆、倫敦出版巨擘培生集團（Pearson）洽談一個多月。

梅鐸（Rupert Murdoch）媒體帝國已包括「華爾街日報」（WSJ）和道瓊公司（Dow Jones），若交易談妥，除了備受尊敬的「金融時報」，「經濟學人」（Economist）雜誌50%股分也將納入梅鐸帝國麾下。

The Edge Review引述知情金融界主管說法報導，相關決定可能最快下週敲定。

不過，培生發言人今天表示，「不出售金融時報，培生也未參與要賣它的任何談判」，又說，金融時報仍是培生經營策略中的「重要」部分。（譯者：中央社陳蓉）
