公務員酒駕連坐處分　考試院、行政院部會機關意見分歧

行政院人事行政總處今（28）日開會討論公務員酒駕連坐處分，人事行政總處副人事長張念中會後受訪說，各機關有不同意見，要徵詢法務部等單位意見，再報院核定。

是否對於公務員酒駕的長官採取連坐處分，考試院長關中昨日在考試院會表示堅決反對的態度。

關於今日的會議結論，張念中不願透露。他說，各機關對酒駕連坐處分有不同意見，要徵詢法務部和各單位法規會等單位意見後，再報院核定。
