新鮮人剛踏入科技業幾個月最近公司產能減少目前管控加班加班單簽上去都被退回來不過裡面幾個老人下班時間到一樣繼續進無塵室不然就是打報告或派工作給新人去做因為沒有OA所也知道他們沒上外網之類的娛樂我想問的是沒有加班費一樣加班是常態？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.171.243.238
