林國政判無期 立委：法官是哪星球來的

殺害葉小妹的兇手林國政被最高法院判決無期徒刑定讞，民進黨立委劉建國、田秋堇與國民黨立委王育敏都表示無法接受。立委除了批評法官見解悖於常理之外，也將要求檢察總長即刻提起非常上訴。

雲林葉小妹被性侵殺害案件，被告林國政在最高法院被改判無期徒刑定讞，葉媽媽的心情，透過事先錄音方式，在記者會上向立委表達她的難過。

『兩年多年來，我每天流眼淚，吃飯有時候想到她，就跟葉爸爸一起哭，你知道我們這樣的痛苦嗎，現在他沒有判死刑，如果以後放出來，真的不知道還要害死多少人』

立委田秋堇對針對判決理由，認為法官把「跟女朋友分手」當作「心理創傷症候群」的根據，她批評法官的人生經驗與法律見解，和社會有很大的落差。

『每個人在人生感情路上，誰沒有分手過的經驗，這樣可以成為犯罪的理由嗎，我不知道這法官是從哪個星球來的，理由離譜到極點』

田秋堇還說，法官對於性侵犯的理解，悖於常理。

『他竟然說林國政判了無期徒刑出來之後是50幾歲60歲了，已經沒有性能力了，但是這問題是出在心理不是生理，沒有性能力那手法會更變態更殘忍的，這理由敢寫在判決書上，完全不知道自己的無知』

立委王育敏也對判決結果不能接受，她表示，她會要求檢察總長即刻提起非常上訴。
