覬覦未來捷運商機　黑幫強佔廠房套利

【陳威叡／台北報導】北市竹聯幫地堂許姓大哥，覬覦未來台北捷運安坑線周邊土地開發利益，佯裝承租廠房再命幫眾以丟擲鞭炮、騷擾、恐嚇與跟蹤等方式，逼迫被害人搬離再伺機等候將來徵收時強賣套利
 
刑事局調查，許姓主嫌（46歲，有組織犯罪前科）也曾多次命竹聯幫雙和會、萬華會幹部介入工地工程，強索保護費，警方今見收網時機成熟，動員百名警力兵分25路，在台北、新北、宜蘭等地順利拘提許姓主嫌在內26人，當場查扣本票、借據、棍棒、搖頭丸等證物，訊後已依《組織犯罪條例》、《槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例》、恐嚇取財等罪嫌將嫌犯送辦。
